CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS 3D Printer

The D600 Pro3 HS is a big volume 3D printer (620 x 620 x 620 mm).

With this industrial quality grade, this model has a double advanced extrusion system (Auto-rising dual extruder) which offer a high nozzle flow rate (90 mm³/s) and a printing temperature until 420°C.

Based on last development of Klipper, the D600 Pro3 HS can print very fast with a top speed at 300mm/s.

The D600 Pro3 HS use a heated chamber to reduce thermal constraint and to improve inter-layer adhesion. The filament are also heated with independent timer and settings. During printing, the materials are conserved whith optimal hygrometry. This stability in humidity and temperature ensure uniform parts and the repeatability.

The material outside the nozzle is cooled by exterior air to improve bridges and overhangs, even in a heated chamber.

A camera and eddy current technology allow the automatization of the calibration of the nozzles and the heated bed to have always a perfect first layer.

The Creatbot D600 Pro3 HS is equipped with a magnetic flexible printing plate. This is perfect for large prints which will be easy to remove without be damaged.

User-Interface is ensured by a 7inch touchscreen which is very intuitive and user-friendly.

The D600 Pro3 HS is compatible with a wide range of 1.75mm filament : PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PCTG, PC, Nylon, Carbon Fiber filaments…
